The service this site provides
Yuma Flood Repair ("we," "us," "our") operates https://yumafloodrepair.com as a connection service: we help homeowners in the Yuma area find and reach local, independent water damage restoration professionals. Yuma Flood Repair is a referral service that assists homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All providers are independent and Yuma Flood Repair does not warrant or guarantee any work performed.
Independent contractors
Any professional who responds to your inquiry is an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Yuma Flood Repair. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. Any agreement, estimate, or contract for work is strictly between you and the contractor.
Information on this site
The content on this site — articles, guides, and service descriptions — is general information for homeowners, not professional advice for your specific situation. Construction, water category, and saturation vary house to house; an on-site assessment is the only reliable basis for a restoration plan.
Your responsibilities
